Pay-offs and take-ups

Process Partners provides terminal equipment for roll to roll plating in a wide range of sizes and capacities. Our high speed units can be configured in a variety of ways to meet your specific needs. Positive displacement steering, pneumatic dancers or load cells for tension control, and traverse winding capability are a few of our available options. We have designed and built equipment to handle delicate thin gauge materials as well as heavy gauges.

Accumulators

Process Partners designs and manufactures accumulator systems for a variety of industries. These innovative systems use counter weighting, ball screw, and chain drive mechanisms. These systems can be configured to save space and are capable of high speed operation.

Edge guiders

Process Partners offers the WTI web guide system, for custom steering, IR edge sensors and spare parts for WTI web guide units, and WTI webguides for the printing, packaging, and metal processing.
