Meet a few members of the team.

Bill Copping
Executive Vice President and Co-founder, Precision Process Equipment

With more than 35 years of experience in the electroplating industry, Bill Copping has been involved in the design and installation of a wide variety of electroplating equipment, including entire electroplating plants. During his long career, Mr. Copping has held positions in engineering, quality control, sales, and operations and is the author of three U.S. patents. Mr. Copping is a graduate of the Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto, Ontario.

PC Lee
Founder and CEO of Process Advance Technology

Mr. Lee started his career as a job shop electroplater and went on to major in chemical engineering. He founded his machine manufacturing plant in 1972 specializing in surface finishing equipment; and in 1973 installed one of the first automated electroplating lines. He continues to make innovative equipment improvements for the PCB and Semiconductor industries and has expanded PAT’s operation to four plants in Taiwan and China.
